Refund policy

Return and Refund Policy:

We want you to love your custom The Bead Studio purchase and therefore we use high quality products in the creation of your signature piece! However, if for some reason you are not satisfied, items purchased may
be submitted for return within 5 calendar days of delivery date. We will accept returns on any unworn and unaltered items.

We will repair/replace damaged items that are defective with normal wear within 30 days of purchase. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unaltered. To start a return, you can contact us at thebeadstudionola@gmail.com
Please include contact information, order number and reason for return or exchange.  

Approved returns will be credited for the purchase price of your item once your return is processed. Original shipping and return charges cannot be refunded. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. Please allow 7-10 days for processing. Customers will be required to pay return shipping.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable 

  • Items that show evidence of wear or damage.
  • Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 
  • iItems purchased at a popup shop
  • Personalized or custom order 
  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Repairs:

Due to the one of the kind nature of many of our pieces, we cannot guarantee we can repair every piece made in the collection. For any questions regarding this please emailat thebeadstudionola@gmail.com.

  • A restringing fee of $6.00 will be charged for all stretch bracelets before the repair will be made.

  • Purchaser will be responsible for all shipping and handling costs.

  • Most repairs will be shipped out within 7 - 14 days.

Refunds 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
