Shipping policy

Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Allow up to 5-10 business days to process custom orders. The next business day is counted as day 1 in production. Business days do not include Saturday, Sunday, or holidays. 

Once your order has been submitted, an order confirmation with the order details will be sent to your email and a shipment notification with the tracking information will follow once your package has left our facility. After tracking details are received, please allow at least 24 hours for updates to be reflected by the shipping carrier. All items ship from Metairie, LA. Standard rate shipping takes 2 to 5 business days via USPS First Class Mail. USPS Priority Mail delivery is 1 to 3 busines days. Our Expedited Shipping requests will be processed the same business day if the order is received by 12 noon CST and pending product availability; the item(s) will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail or UPS. Be sure to check your junk, spam, or promotions folders for email notifications.

Under no circumstance can we modify or cancel any order once it has shipped. We will only ship to the address provided at checkout and orders with incorrect billing information or requiring additional verification may cause the order to be delayed and/or cancelled. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.

If you cancel your order after it has been packaged but not shipped, you will be required to pay a restocking fee equal to 25% of the product cost.
If your package is returned to us for any reason, the package will be treated as an unauthorized return and will be processed in accordance with our return policy. 

We are not responsible for delivery delays due to severe weather, natural disasters, or strikes. Shipping is subject to change due to holiday schedules: some of our carriers may experience delays during the holiday season.
